  • Pay all applicable fees.
  • Understand that charges may be processed by Apple, Google, or our web platform, depending on how you subscribed.
  • Acknowledge that all purchases are final, unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Harass, threaten, or harm others.
  • Post or share illegal, hateful, or explicit material.
  • Spam or promote commercial services.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools.
  • Sharing contact details (like phone numbers or social media) is restricted until you’ve exchanged 20 messages. Attempts to bypass this are not allowed.

We want this to be a safe, respectful space. Violating these rules can lead to removal from the platform.

5. Content Guidelines

You're responsible for any content you post, including photos, bios, and messages. You agree that your content must follow these guidelines:

  • Underage content: No images or mention of individuals under 18, even if they're relatives or background figures.
  • Nudity or sexual content: This includes explicit photos, sexually suggestive poses, or adult material.
  • Violence: No depictions or promotion of weapons, abuse, or physical harm.
  • Celebrity impersonation: Do not use photos of public figures, influencers, or stock images pretending they are you.
  • Hate speech or discrimination: Zero tolerance for racism, homophobia, transphobia, or other forms of harassment.
  • Illegal activity: No references to drugs, crimes, or anything unlawful.

⚖️ Enforcement

We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove any content that violates our standards or the law. Violations can lead to:

  • Reporting to authorities if necessary

📝 License to Use

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service (for example, in user discovery, promotions, or app features).

6. Safety Disclaimer

We don't conduct background checks on users, so always use your best judgment. Meet in public spaces, tell a friend where you're going, and never share financial or private personal info.

TrulyCambodian is not responsible for what happens during user interactions in real life.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or permanently ban your account if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • You create risk or legal exposure for us or others.
  • We're required to by law.

If your account is terminated, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

TrulyCambodian is provided "as is." We do not guarantee matches, outcomes, availability, or that users will behave appropriately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrulyCambodian and its team will not be liable for any damages, including emotional distress, financial loss, or harm caused by use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll let you know if anything significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
